What's an NTP you ask? A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I graduated in 2022 from the Nutritional Therapy Association after 10 months of learning and practicing holisitic nutrition.
Before I was an NTP, I was a burnt-out woman trying my hardest to just feel better. Nothing helped my messed-up menstrual cycle or constant fatigue. I really thought that this was my life.
After I truly started believing that Jesus heals, my life changed. It wasn't an instant miracle (although that's possible), but it was transforming. I was learning so much about healing and nutrition, and now I want to share that experience with you!
I don't just tell you what to eat and send you on your merry way. I teach you how your body works so that you know exactly what it needs.
Grab your shovel sister, we're digging to the bottom of this!
Let's do this thing together
I was in high school. I vividly remember standing in front of the mirror in my bathroom. A confused and heartbroken girl was looking back at me, unsure of what was even going on. My face was full of deep, painful pimples, my period was 3 weeks late, and my stomach was so bloated I looked pregnant. I thought I was the ugliest girl that God had ever created. Is this really the kind of woman I have to be for the rest of my life? Those words echoed in my mind for much longer than I care to admit. Looking back on that now, I realize that I was a broken girl in need of healing; spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
It took me probably 4 years to realize that God really did make me a beautiful woman. And he showed me that suffering through low self esteem and health issues were not my future.
So I picked up my shovel and went to work. I dug to the root of my issues and started nourishing my body from the ground up. Within months, my symptoms started dwindling and I felt God's breath of life breathe over me again. I was living life abundant in the way Jesus intended.
Now as an NTP, I get to help women re-discover their joy for life while we improve our nutrition and balance our hormones, because He heals us!
I'm loving my neighbors which includes you! After I let Him love me first, my life was changed.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We are beautiful creations, made in His image.
God created us for Himself and for each other. Friendship is a beautiful gift!

Honestly? I like all of them for different reasons. I adore the coziness of winter (Canadian girl over here). I love the new life of spring, the warm summer evenings, and the wind-down of fall. Over the years, I've learned to appreciate whatever season I'm in and enjoy where I'm at.
Dropping out of nursing school. That was one of the biggest leaps of faith I've ever taken. But wheu, looking back on it now, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. If you're scared to take a leap of faith, take a look at where you're at now and ask yourself if you'd like to be in the same place at this time next year.
You bet I do. Wait- do I have to pick just 1? Not happening. I love steak, potatoes, tacos, pizza and ice cream. Especially ice cream. Before you pick your jaw up off the floor, yes, I do eat all of those foods. And I enjoy them too. Sound good? You're welcome to join me!
I wake up naturally at 6:30 or 7. Take my temperature and wash my face. Then I would eat a big delicious breakfast and drink a warm yolky latte. Maybe do some reading- I definitely have like 6 books on the go (whoops). Then I'd hop to my office to work with my lovely clients. Need help creating a nourishing morning routine? You know where to find me.
Do something you enjoy. Take care of your health now so you can enjoy it in the future. Eat butter and sugar and fruit and laugh for goodness sakes. God created one version of you- don't try to be anything different.
